The project is a “temporary” Green Technology Showroom of 3-year use for one of CR
Land’s residential projects in Beijing. The idea is to develop the concept of “Temporary” from a meaningful perspective, to design a piece of floating “installation” in the garden, which could be built, demolished, and recycled through an easy and straightforward way with the least impact to the planned site. They used the steel structure as the main structural system of the building and apply the vertical grass panel system and green roof onto the building envelop: Reduce the heat gain and loss and enhance the thermal efficiency; the grass panels will reduce storm water runoff; tripled the original planting area by using the grass panels on the roof and two facades; grass wall panel is planned to be relocated onto the partial fence of the residential compound after demolition.
NEMETON 1
Il progetto è uno Showroom temporaneo (tre anni) dedicato alle Green Technology di per uno dei quartieri residenziali di Pechino. L’idea è quella di sviluppare il concetto di architettura effimera da una nuova prospettiva, un oggetto di design fluttuante, una installazione da giardino, che potrebbe essere costruita, demolita, e riciclata facilmente con il minor impatto per l’ambiente. E’ stata utilizzata una struttura in acciaio come principale sistema strutturale e applicato il sistema del pannello verticale verde sulle pareti e sul tetto ottenendo: migliorare il rendimento termico; l’erba pannelli ridurrà il deflusso delle acque; triplicare la superficie verde della zona; il sistema di verde verticale è previsto per essere poi trasferito sul complesso residenziale, dopo la demolizione.
